Terms and Conditions

The Ganas project is being offered to children in schools throughout El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico. Due to funding restrictions, limitations on participation may be required.

All photos and submissions are the property of Ganas. Not all submissions are guaranteed to win.

Determination of what photos and submissions are displayed and where they are displayed is determined by Ganas.

Participants in the Ganas project take full responsibility for the safe use of the photographic equipment provided. Ganas provides product and project materials only.

Ganas is not responsible for monitoring and assuring safe use. Therefore, school representatives, parents, care-givers, and students are responsible for their actions when the cameras are in use. Participants should take care to use the cameras safely at all times.

Entries must include a signed parent/student waiver. The teacher is responsible for keeping this waiver on file.
